adidas helped celebrate Damian Lillard reaching the Western Conference Finals for the first time in 2019 by releasing the adidas Dame 6 Playoffs sneaker a few months later. It was part of a "Playoff Pack" that included the Dame 6 done up in other colors as well.
This version of the Dame 6 featured a grey layered textile upper with a unique webbed lacing system that included a series of red and cyan straps on one side of it. It also gave a not-so-subtle nod to a 1990s video game that inspired it by featuring the words "ALWAYS ON FIRE" above a pixelated cheat code.
