However, McQueen’s impact loomed so large that the brand has persisted, helmed by creative director Sarah Burton since his death in 2010. The Black and White Tread Slick Boot speaks to McQueen’s tendencies toward oversized footwear silhouettes, a major motif of the brand. This lace-up boot has a n oversized midsole and an outsole unit, which features a White a molded cap toe design, which extends into a platform and lug sole. Alexander McQueen branding is imprinted on the midsole and appears on the tongue.
