The New Balance 2002R Pink Sand (GS) is a grade school-sized version of the New Balance 2002R that comes in a soft pink and off-white colorway of Pink Sand and Quartz Pink.
Like other iterations of the 2002R, the Pink Sand GS version is a performance sneaker with cutout segments and overlapping overlays. The upper features mesh combined with suede and soft leather paneling. The "N" logo stands out against the side panel and comes in a grey tone that matches parts of the rubber outsole and the metallic detailing on the heel. Gel pods in the heel give the sneaker a futuristic aesthetic and propel the foot forward with each step.
