The New Balance 9060 Black Cement (GS) is a grade-schooler sized shoe that is a reimagination of the design of the brand’s 99X series.
This version of the New Balance 9060 has a lightweight and breathable base of black mesh. This forms the toe box, sides, and ankle collar. Synthetic black overlays cross the entire upper for support, including on the toe box, side panels, and heel. Some dark grey Black Cement support layers are also found on the toe and heel. The N that represents New Balance is found on the sides in black and dark grey, while NB also adorns the heel. The shoe’s chunky, layered midsole is also entirely black.
