The Nike Sabrina 1 Ionic Photon Dust (Women's) is the first colorway featured on a signature basketball shoe created by Sabrina Ionescu, a WNBA all-star.
The sneaker pays tribute to the player’s Romanian-American heritage by including embroidered accents on the eyestays and forefoot. Although subdued, the stitched patterns resemble traditional Romanian architectural elements. While the upper is constructed from breathable mesh, the heel and tongue feature suede details. The quarter panel displays the recognizable Nike Swoosh stitched in an outline over translucent mesh. In addition, the sneaker houses a Zoom Air Unit in the forefoot and a Nike React midsole that stretches the full length of the shoe.
