For example, Nike’s signature orange label, part of the insole, and the care instructions are the only colorful accents on the shoe. They pop against the all-black nubuck on the Swoosh, forefoot, and heel overlays, vamp, eyelets, and heel tab. Completing the dark aesthetic, the laces and rubber outsole also come in black. Perforations across the vamp allow the foot to breathe, while padding in the tongue and collar protects the ankle.
