This Timberland Field Boot was designed by the CNSTNT: DVLPMNT team of mentors that inspire and encourage the next generation of designers. Featuring waterproof Premium Timberland leather and TimberDry technology made from at least 50% recycled plastic, the distinctive black upper and mint outsole combine in tribute to the glow of creativity inside young talent just waiting to step forward. As part of this project, Timberland will donate $150,000 to advance CNSTNT.DVLPMNTs efforts to educate young designers on future career opportunities.
