Adios Pro 4 or Adios 7: which Adizero should a first time buyer pick?

The Adios 7 is the better everyday trainer for regular training runs and daily mileage. The Adios Pro 4 is a race day carbon plated shoe built for speed over comfort, so save it for race day or key speed sessions rather than daily wear.

Are Adizero shoes suited to daily Indian road running conditions?

The Adios 7 handles regular Indian road and track running fine, but the Adios Pro line's aggressive rocker and carbon plate work best on smoother surfaces like a marathon route rather than uneven Indian pavements or unpaved paths.

How does the Adizero foam hold up in Indian heat during long runs?

The Lightstrike Pro foam stays responsive through hot Indian conditions but compresses faster with heavy daily use than a standard trainer foam, so reserve the Pro line for race day and key workouts rather than everyday training mileage.

Does Adizero sizing match standard adidas running shoe sizing?

Yes, the Adios Pro and Adios lines follow standard adidas running size charts, true to size for most Indian runners. The narrow, race focused upper fits snugger than a lifestyle adidas sneaker, so buyers with a wider foot may want to size up half a size.
