Kicks Machine uses two independent services, CheckCheck and LegitApp, the same authenticators global resale platforms rely on. A piece has to clear both our internal 6 step check and the external service before it ships. On request, we include a free LegitApp authentication certificate with your order, so you get documented proof, not just our word.

Why a second opinion matters
Even a trained eye can benefit from independent confirmation, especially on hyped releases where counterfeits are most sophisticated. That is why the highest risk pieces do not rely on our inspection alone. If a piece does not pass both the internal and external check, it goes back to the source, not to you. CheckCheck and LegitApp explained
CheckCheck pairs artificial intelligence with two trained human authenticators and usually returns a verdict within about 30 minutes. LegitApp has at least two professional authenticators review each item with AI support. Both are used by major global resale platforms, which is exactly why we trust them for a second opinion on the pieces that matter most.
What the certificate looks like
A LegitApp certificate records the item, the date, the authenticators' verdict, and a verification reference you can check. It is the same paperwork you would normally pay a third party service to produce. Email or message the team before your order is dispatched and we will include it with your parcel at no extra cost.
