Ghost or Glycerin: which Brooks model suits Indian daily runners?

The Ghost is a neutral trainer with a medium stack and a 12mm drop, good for mixed-pace runs and Indian road surfaces. The Glycerin is softer and higher-stacked, better for long easy mileage. If you run under 50km a week on roads, the Ghost handles the range well; heavier weekly volume or recovery-focused runs favour the Glycerin.

How does Brooks sizing compare to standard Indian shoe sizing?

Brooks sizes in UK and US. Most Indian buyers find Brooks runs true to length, but the width across the toe box is slightly narrower than local Indian brands. Buyers with wider feet or flat arches should consider a half size up or look at the Adrenaline GTS which has a slightly roomier fit than the Ghost.

Do Brooks shoes hold up in Indian monsoon conditions?

Brooks outsoles use their Blown Rubber compound, which grips adequately on wet tarmac. The Ghost and Glycerin are not waterproof and will absorb water; they dry overnight. For monsoon running, rotate two pairs so each dries fully between runs. The mesh upper breathes well in humidity, which works in India's favour during the season.
