Dunk Low or Balenciaga Speed 2.0, which glow in the dark pair fits daily wear?

The Nike Dunk Low GS is a kids size run built for daily school or casual wear, while the Balenciaga Speed 2.0 is an adult sock fit trainer meant for streetwear styling. Pick based on size range and use case, not just the glow finish.

How should I charge the glow in the dark sole before wearing it out?

Charge the sole under direct light, like a phone flashlight or sunlight, before heading out. The glow fades gradually over the evening as the pigment cools, so recharge periodically if you're out for hours.

Does the glow finish fade with repeated washing?

Yes, the glow pigment weakens slightly with each wash, so wipe clean rather than machine wash the Balenciaga Runner and Track pairs. Spot cleaning keeps the glow in the dark sole active longer than repeated full washes.
