Which Crystal Retinal should I try first?

Crystal Retinal 1 is the sensible place to start if you are new to retinal or prone to sensitivity. If your skin already tolerates a retinoid, Crystal Retinal 3 offers the next considered step. The Ceramide Eye versions are formulated specifically for the eye area.

How does retinal fit an Indian skincare routine?

Use it at night, especially in hot or humid weather when daytime layering can feel heavy. Keep the morning routine simple with moisturiser and broad spectrum sunscreen. Introduce one retinal product at a time, rather than combining several strong actives immediately.

How should I introduce Crystal Retinal?

Apply a small amount to dry skin two or three nights weekly, then increase gradually as your skin adjusts. Follow with moisturiser and avoid the immediate eye area unless using a Ceramide Eye formula. Mild dryness can happen, so reduce frequency if irritation develops.
