How To Use:
For best results, apply DIPBROW with an angled brow brush, such as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brush 12. Outline and fill in your brows with the desired amount of color. Blend with the clean spoolie end of the brush. To control the amount of product, dip your brush into the pot and swipe it across the inside of the cap to remove excess or collect more as needed. Discontinue use if signs of rash or irritation appear. Remove with waterproof makeup remover.
