How often does Kicks Machine add new bag arrivals?

KM receives and authenticates new stock regularly throughout the month. New arrivals appear on the grid as soon as they clear the 6-step verification process, which keeps the selection fresh week over week.

Are new arrival bags shipped immediately after ordering?

Yes. New arrivals listed on the KM grid are in stock and ready to dispatch. Orders placed before dispatch cutoff are shipped the same day from the KM warehouse.

Do new arrivals ever sell out before I can order?

Fast-moving styles can sell through quickly. KM shows live stock counts on each product page, so you can see exactly how many units remain before adding to cart.

Can I return a new arrival bag if the colour looks different in person?

Yes. KM's 7-day free return policy applies to new arrivals. If the product doesn't match expectations, initiate a return within 7 days and KM covers the pickup cost across India.
