Is the On Cloudflow better for daily training or race-day use?

The Cloudflow handles tempo runs, half-marathon training, and 5k to 10k efforts well. It is lighter than a full cushioned trainer but less aggressive than a carbon-plate racer. For daily mileage above 60km per week, rotate it with a cushioned shoe and use the Cloudflow for quality sessions only.

How does On Cloudflow sizing run for Indian feet?

On Running uses a European last that runs true to length but narrow. Medium to wide feet: go half a size up. The Cloudflow fits tighter through the midfoot than the Cloud 5, which is more accommodating. Check the per-product fit note on the card before ordering.

Cloudflow or On Cloud 5: which one should I pick?

For running performance, the Cloudflow: firmer cushioning tuned for road speed. For lifestyle and light running, the Cloud 5: softer, everyday feel that pairs with casual fits. The Cloud 5 goes with fits; the Cloudflow is a pure running tool. Runners who train seriously often keep both.
