Ride or Endorphin: which Saucony should a first time buyer pick?

The Ride 18 is the daily trainer, built for regular mileage and everyday comfort. The Endorphin series is a race day shoe with a firmer plate, so buy the Ride first if you are running three to five times a week for general fitness.

How do Saucony trainers handle Indian road running conditions?

The Ride's rubber outsole grips reasonably on both tarred roads and treadmills, making it a fair pick for Indian runners who split time between gym and outdoor routes. Wipe the mesh upper down after monsoon runs since it holds water longer than a knit upper.

How should I size Saucony shoes against my usual Indian shoe size?

Saucony's US sizing runs slightly long compared to Nike or adidas, so most Indian buyers go down half a size from their usual UK size. The toe box is roomier than the Endorphin's narrower race fit, so check width before buying.

Daily trainer versus race shoe: how do I decide between the Ride and Endorphin lines?

The Ride's softer PWRRUN foam suits easy runs and higher weekly mileage without breaking down fast. The Endorphin's PWRRUN PB foam and plate are stiffer and meant for shorter, faster efforts, so keep it reserved for race day and speed sessions.
