BAPE, also known as A Bathing Ape, is a Japanese lifestyle brand created by Tomoaki Nagao whose products include shoes. The main element that grabs your eye about this sneaker is the black leather shooting star that adorns both sides. You’ll notice a round toe with perforations for air ventilation. A white midsole with BAPE branding sits upon a black outsole. Check out the numerous branding hits throughout like the tonal black heel logo and the black and white tongue patch.
The gradual transition of the black coloring that sits under the shooting star on the side panels and heel tab adds an edgy style to this sneaker and we think that is its standout feature.
