The adidas Handball Spezial Night Cargo Tribe Yellow is a modern version of the shoe originally created for handball players in the 1970s.
This iteration of the adidas Handball Spezial features a suede upper in Night Cargo, a dark-green color. The thin toe cap and the heel counter are made of the same material in the same color. The serrated 3-Stripes, the signature of adidas, appear on each side in Tribe Yellow leather, while "Spezial" and the trefoil logo are on the outer side in metallic gold. The heel collar also bears the Tribe Yellow color, while the tongue carries more adidas branding in Tribe Yellow. A dark, adidas-branded gum rubber outsole completes the design.
