The Maison Mihara Yasuhiro Peterson 23 OG Sole Canvas Low Black Black is a canvas sneaker with a low top and a rubber shell toe construction. The upper is done in Black with a Black midsole and Black laces. The midsole and shell toe feature a wavy, hand-carved aesthetic. The tongue displays a white and red MMY branded tag, and a MMY branded rubber label appears on the rear heel.
Japans footwear brand Maison Mihara Yasuhiro was founded by Mihara Yasuhiro while he was still a student at Tama Art University in Tokyo. Always one to design outside of conventions, Yasuhiro is known for the hand-wrought look of his footwear designs, a technique he achieved by sculpting the original prototypes from clay.
