The New Balance 550 White Incense (Women's) finds inspiration in the original 550 basketball shoe from 1989. It brings the silhouette into the modern age by adding a neutral colorway of white and Incense.
This sneaker features a streamlined, low-top silhouette thats less boxy than other basketball shoes inspired by the late 1980s and early 1990s. The upper is crafted entirely of synthetic leather with layers of overlays in white and tonal stitching. Incense accents can be found on overlays near the heel, part of the rubber outsole, the signature New Balance N, and the tongues trim. Tiny, pinprick-sized perforations decorate the forefoot overlays, while two lines of stitching outline the N. This sneaker features responsive foam cushioning and a durable rubber outsole underfoot.
