The Triple Black (GS) Jordan 1 Mid begins with an upper base of tumbled black leather. The signature Jordan 1 overlays are also in the same tumbled black leather, as is the side-panel Nike Swoosh. The laces are also black, matching the mesh tongue, the tongue tag, the sock liner within the padded collar, and the tongue lining. The black foam midsole contains air for cushioning and bounce, and rides atop a black rubber outsole with the classic Air Jordan 1 traction pattern of stars, grooves, and concentric circles.
